The common problems of small belt conveyor are belt deviation and slippage. Deviation tolerance: The distance between the two sides of the roller and the belt is 5±3mm. During operation, there is no guarantee that the belt will always be in the middle of the aluminum profile. Belt deviation is not a quality problem.
